Property Website Terms of Use

The Property Websites provide information about Clarity-managed accommodation, including property presentation, location, amenities, destination content, contact options and links to booking or guest-service channels.

Browsing a Property Website, sending an inquiry or clicking a booking link does not by itself create a reservation, accommodation contract or guarantee of availability.

Where a Property Website links to Beyond Stay or another booking channel, the reservation, price, availability, payment, cancellation and accommodation terms shown in that booking channel govern the transaction.

Prices, availability and restrictions may change dynamically. The booking channel used to complete the reservation is the authoritative source for the final price and booking conditions accepted by the guest.

We aim to keep property descriptions, photographs, amenities, location information and guest guidance accurate and current. Operational details can change due to maintenance, seasonality, safety requirements, property updates or third-party service changes.

Where a material difference is identified, the current booking confirmation, direct guest communication and property-specific arrival instructions take priority over older informational website content.

Public Property Websites must not be treated as a source for confidential access credentials. Door, keypad, key-box, Wi-Fi or similar private access information is provided separately to confirmed guests through approved private communication or secure guest-guide channels.

Guests are responsible for keeping access information confidential and using it only for the confirmed stay.

Property Websites may link to services such as Beyond Stay, Google Maps, Airbnb, Booking.com and social networks. Those services are independently responsible for their content, availability, technical operation and applicable terms.

A link does not mean that Clarity controls every statement, review, price or service shown on the destination platform.

Where guest reviews or platform ratings are displayed, the Property Website should identify the source and use only feedback that can be linked to a recognised review or booking source. Ratings and review counts may change over time as the original platform receives new reviews.

Selected excerpts may be shortened for presentation without changing their meaning. Users should consult the linked source platform for the latest overall review picture.

Unless otherwise stated, website design, branding, original copy, property photography and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the Property Websites for personal travel planning and legitimate accommodation inquiries.

You must not attempt to interfere with website security, obtain unauthorised access, scrape private or protected information, impersonate another person, submit malicious content or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

We aim to keep the Property Websites available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, platform incidents, network failures or third-party outages may temporarily affect access.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, informational website content is provided for travel planning and does not replace the final terms accepted in a completed reservation.

These Website Terms are governed by Greek law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply. We may update these terms when the Property Website portfolio, technology or legal requirements change; the updated version will be published here.
