Property Website Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy applies to the standalone accommodation websites managed by Clarity Property Management. Beyond Stay and third-party websites have separate cookie and privacy settings.

The Property Websites use a minimal cookie/storage approach: essential preferences are stored where necessary, and Google Analytics is activated only when you explicitly allow analytics.

Essential storage may be used to remember settings required for the service you requested, including language preference and your analytics-consent choice. Some Base44 platform or administration functions may also use strictly necessary session or security storage where applicable.

Essential storage is not used to build advertising profiles and is required for website functionality, security or remembering the choices you have made.

Where configured, a Property Website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage, route/page performance and aggregated interaction trends. Google Analytics is optional and is disabled by default for a new visitor.

The Google tag is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics”. If you choose “Essential only”, the analytics loader remains disabled. The measurement ID differs by property website and is configured specifically for that site.

Analytics data may include information such as page path, page title, approximate technical information and interaction events configured by the website. Contact-form contents, payment-card information and guest access credentials are not intended to be sent as analytics event parameters.

The Property Websites do not intentionally enable advertising or behavioural-marketing cookies as part of the current standard implementation. Links to social networks or third-party services do not by themselves activate those services on the Property Website; once you follow an external link, the destination service applies its own rules.

If marketing technology is introduced in the future, the consent controls and this policy must be updated before it is enabled.

On your first visit, the website asks whether you want “Essential only” or “Allow analytics”. Your choice is stored locally so it can be respected on later visits.

You can reopen the consent controls at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the Property Website. Withdrawing analytics consent prevents new analytics events from being sent through the website implementation.

You can also manage cookies and site storage through your browser. Browser controls may remove stored preferences, in which case the consent prompt may appear again.

The consent design follows the principle that optional analytics should be inactive by default and activated only by a positive user action, with a clear way to refuse and later change the choice. Strictly necessary storage remains available without analytics consent because it is required to provide the requested website functionality or remember the user’s privacy choice.

This policy will be updated if the Property Website portfolio introduces new tracking technologies, providers or purposes.
